We provide the following services.

1. Pre-order delivery of products from our partners.

- Industrilas (Sweden): you can select a product from the company's website: https://industrilas.com/en-us/product-categories. and then order it through our manager.

Order fulfilment time. 

From 2-3 working days to 6-8 weeks, depending on the type of product. 

2. Search and delivery of standard products (within the scope of our activities) that are not available on the website or in the price lists. 

We deliver directly from the manufacturer, so we offer the most competitive prices. 

To place an order for such a product, you must specify the exact product specifications, batch size and order frequency. If it is an industrial batch, we will draw up a contract with partial prepayment.  

Order fulfilment time. 

If the product is from a domestic manufacturer, it will take from 1 week to 1 month. 

If the product is from a foreign supplier, it will take from 3 to 4 months.  

3.  Customised manufacturing (within the scope of our activities)

If you place an order for products through us, we can provide additional services for the design and assembly of such products:

- painting in the desired RAL colours,

- application of the customer's logo,

- requested IP protection rating.

4. Customised assembly and configuration.

Example. The website shows a lock with a straight bolt. But you need a lock with a curved bolt. -  We can assemble a kit with  a different bolt of a different configuration from those available. 

5. Selection of product analogues based on photos or drawings. 

We will select an analogue from our range or offer other products. The analogues correspond to the drawings as closely as possible, but may differ in material, colour (coating) or country of origin. 

If there are no analogues, we will offer products that are closest to the customer's requirements. 

6. Free technical advice on the selection of specific products and comprehensive solutions to customer problems.

Questions and answers about services

How is the supply of products from abroad organised? 

The supply process includes several stages: searching for and evaluating suppliers; placing orders; organising and controlling logistics; storing products. These stages are specific in nature. In addition, there is the need to conduct negotiations in a foreign language. In addition, it is necessary to have specialists with the appropriate qualifications for all these issues.   

More detailed information on working with foreign suppliers is available here .  We have extensive experience in foreign economic activity (over 15 years) and all the necessary expertise. Therefore, working with us on the supply of products from abroad provides our customers with a number of advantages.   

Do you provide services for demonstrating fittings at the customer's site?

No. All available information materials are posted on the website: descriptions with areas of application and advantages, technical specifications, drawings, CAD files, and installation instructions for complex objects. In exceptional cases, we make videos or order additional materials from the supplier. We believe that this is sufficient to understand the principles of hardware products. 

Under what conditions do you provide samples? How can I order a free sample?

We provide free samples for fast-moving product groups. Delivery is at your expense.

We offer a special price for samples of more expensive products. Delivery is at your expense.

You say that you deliver directly from the manufacturer. Who are these manufacturers? How do you select them for cooperation? 

Products under the RZ trademark are manufactured at factories in Ukraine, China and Turkey. In some cases, these are the same factories where orders from world-renowned brands in our industry are placed. 

Despite this, we constantly monitor the production sphere of our activities, look for more favourable conditions, and negotiate the possibility of producing new product ranges. We select companies for cooperation whose products comply with international standards (for more information on GOST standards in the field of industrial fittings, see in this article). Usually, before signing a contract with a new supplier, our representative personally visits the production facility to see this compliance with their own eyes.

Do you provide installation services for industrial and door fittings?

No.
