Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online store.

1. Cashless settlement with VAT (for legal entities)

To place an order online, you need to fill out and send the appropriate forms. We will send an invoice to your specified e-mail address with our bank details.

If you are not sure that you will correctly place an order yourself or if you have any additional questions, please contact our managers by contact phone numbers. They will help you complete your application properly.

After payment, you should send an electronic copy (scan) of the power of attorney to our e-mail. 

Pay attention! The invoice is valid for 3 banking days.

2. Payment to PPE card, excluding VAT (for individuals)

To place an order online, you need to fill out and send the appropriate forms. We will send information about our bank details to your e-mail address. 

If you are not sure that you will correctly place an order yourself or if you have additional questions, please contact our managers by contact numbers. They will help you complete your application properly.

After payment, you should inform the manager about the payment.

Delivery

In Ukraine

Delivery is carried out by transport services or by courier on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the delivery regulations р.4.

1. By transport services

We process your order and hand it over to the transport service. You can track the conditions and status of the order on the website of the transport service.

2. Courier service Nova Poshta

We process your order and hand it over to the courier.You can track the conditions and status of the order on the Nova Poshta website.

3. Self-pickup

You can pick up the goods yourself from the warehouse in Kharkov at the address: per. Simferopolskiy, 6.

Warehouse opening hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30 to 16:30.

4. Delivery regulations

1)    Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped on the day the order is placed.

2)    Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day after placing the order.

3)    An order is considered placed if you:

• paid for the order,
• sent an electronic copy (scan) of the power of attorney,
• provided correct information about the recipient.
