The electromechanical surface-mounted lock RZ EL01-25-1.P, which is operated via a code, is fitted to the metal compartments of parcel lockers. It is mains-powered.

Postal lockers are used for the automated delivery of parcels weighing up to 31 kg.

How the lock works

• It opens via an electrical impulse after a code is entered on the post office locker’s control panel. The sender assigns a code to each parcel.
• Power is required only for opening and closing. If the mains power is cut off, the lock will remain closed.
